Case Study: x Football CIty Diner
Super Bowl week 2026 was one of the busiest times of the year for live events in San Francisco. During that week, WestWave AV partnered with a client to transform a historic café into a fully branded event environment for teams from X, xAI, Tesla, Starlink, and others.
Our scenic design approach focused on turning an aging venue into a polished, welcoming meeting space that reflected the identity of the companies involved. Large-format vinyl graphics established the core branding throughout the environment, complemented by projected logos and looping video content that added motion and visual depth to the space. We also created dedicated gathering areas for conversations and networking, and designed lighting that elevated the atmosphere while guiding attention to key moments of the program. Together, these layered elements helped transform the venue into a cohesive and engaging event environment.
In addition to scenic elements, our team integrated projection mapping, stage lighting, speaker systems, and wireless microphones for a live panel discussion. Scenic design and technical production worked hand in hand to ensure the space felt cohesive, professional, and engaging for guests.
